Why Agencies Need a Reliable Management Partner
Most agencies are built to design, build, and launch websites — not maintain them indefinitely. Once a site goes live, ongoing management creates demands that pull your team away from higher-value work: plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, support requests, and client expectations that never stop.
You need a partner that protects your clients, protects your margins, and protects your reputation.
What We Manage (So You Don't Have To)
We take over the WordPress management layer so your agency can stay focused on design, development, strategy, and growth.
Staging-Tested Updates
We manage WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates using a controlled process. On eligible plans, updates are tested in staging before deployment — so your clients’ live websites aren’t treated like test environments.
Security & Threat Management
We implement and manage layered security: firewall protection, malware scanning, login security, hardening measures, and incident response workflows.
Encrypted Offsite Backups
We run automated daily backups and store them independently of the client’s host, encrypted both in transit and at rest. Recovery is possible even when hosting is part of the problem.
Uptime Monitoring & Incident Handling
We monitor sites continuously and investigate issues as they happen — rather than waiting for your client to report them first.
Content Updates & Routine Changes
We handle approved content edits and routine changes under your brand, according to the partner agreement and client plan level.
Branded Reporting
We provide monthly reports with your branding so you can show clients what was done, what was updated, and what needs attention — without building that reporting layer yourself.
How It Works
Step 1
You Bring the Client
You retain the client relationship. You decide how to package and price your service on your side.
Step 2
We Assess the Site
We review the website against our management baseline. If the site is healthy, we onboard it. If it needs remediation first, we scope that clearly so you can decide how to handle it with your client.
Step 3
We Onboard Under Your Brand
We set up backups, security, monitoring, and management workflows. Reporting and support can be structured under your brand.
Step 4
We Handle the Ongoing Work
Updates, monitoring, backups, support, and reporting are handled by us — invisibly and consistently.
Step 5
You Stay Focused on Agency Work
You spend less time firefighting WordPress issues and more time on strategy, design, development, and growth.
What You Get as an Agency Partner
Wholesale Pricing You Can Profitably Resell
You pay wholesale rates 20-30% below our retail pricing. This gives you room to mark up services to your clients while maintaining healthy margins.
Example margin:
You pay us: $279/site/month (wholesale)
You charge client: $399–499/month
Your profit: $120–220/site/month (recurring)
Invisible Support
We stay completely behind the scenes. Your clients see your brand, your service, and your professionalism — not an outsourced support provider.
Reliable Technical Backbone
No more scrambling when a client site breaks. No more hoping an update doesn’t cause issues. You have a professional team handling the backend, consistently and invisibly.
Your Clients Stay Your Clients
We work under strict confidentiality. We never contact your clients directly, market to them, or disclose your partnership with us. This is codified in our partner agreement.

Clear wholesale pricing you can profitably resell. What you charge your clients is entirely up to you. Most agencies mark up 30–50%.

How We Work Together
White-Label Communication
Your clients contact you for support. You forward relevant requests to us via your dedicated partner support channel (email or Slack). We handle the work, report back to you, and you communicate resolution to your client.
Your client never knows we exist.
Quality Standards Protect Both of Us
We assess every site against our management baseline before accepting it. This ensures we can deliver the service level your clients expect from day one.
If a site doesn’t meet baseline, we provide a clear remediation scope and fixed-price quote. You decide whether to handle remediation with your client before management begins.
Why we do this:
We can’t deliver reliable updates, backups, and security on a site that’s fundamentally broken. This policy protects your reputation and ours.
Premium Software License Responsibility
Your clients remain responsible for their premium theme and plugin licenses (Elementor Pro, WPRocket, ACF Pro, etc.).
What this means:
- We can only apply updates where valid license keys or credentials are available
- If a license expires, we flag it immediately and notify you
- If a client is using pirated/nulled software, it must be replaced before management can begin
We can help:
We’ll track license expiry dates and give you advance warning (30/60/90 days) so you can coordinate renewals with your client.
Scope Boundaries Are Clearly Defined
We’re transparent about what counts as routine management and what falls outside scope.
Included in management:
- Updates (core, themes, plugins)
- Security monitoring and incident response
- Backups and restores
- Uptime monitoring
- Content edits (within plan limits)
- Routine troubleshooting
Requires separate scoping (development work):
- New feature development
- Custom plugin/theme creation
- Major redesigns or rebuilds
- Complex e-commerce setup
- Site migrations (can be quoted separately)
This clarity prevents scope creep and keeps the partnership sustainable.
Confidentiality Guarantee
Your client list, pricing, and partnership remain confidential. We never contact your clients directly (without explicit authorization), market to them, or disclose the relationship.
Legal protection:
All of this is codified in our formal Partner Agreement, which includes mutual non-disclosure and non-compete provisions.
Common Questions
How quickly can you onboard new sites?
Typical timeline: 3–5 sites can be onboarded within 7–10 business days after initial assessment. Larger bulk onboarding (10+ sites) is scheduled with a dedicated onboarding plan.
Do you require a contract?
Yes. We require a Partner Agreement that outlines service scope, confidentiality terms, billing, and termination policies.
Minimum commitment: 3 sites. No long-term lock-in beyond standard 30-day notice for cancellation.
What if my client's hosting is terrible?
We assess hosting quality during onboarding. If hosting is severely limiting, we’ll document this clearly.
You can then:
- Coordinate hosting upgrade with your client
- Migrate to better hosting (we can assist)
- Adjust service expectations accordingly
We don’t hide hosting limitations. We document them so you can make informed decisions.
Can I customize the monthly reports?
Professional tier: Agency logo and basic customization
Business tier: Logo, color scheme, and section selection
Enterprise tier: Fully customizable branded reports with optional custom domain
What if a client site gets hacked?
Immediate response:
- We contain the incident and assess the scope
- We notify you via your partner channel
- We remediate according to plan level and partnership agreement
- We provide incident report and recommendations
Hack recovery is included in your monthly fee (not billed separately) unless the incident resulted from client actions outside our control (e.g., compromised FTP credentials, pirated plugins).
How do billing and invoicing work?
For the partnership:
You receive one consolidated monthly invoice for all sites under management. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
For your clients:
You invoice your clients however you choose. We never interact with your client billing.
Is this partnership right for my agency?
We work best with agencies that value reliability and long-term partnerships over cheapest-possible pricing. If you build 5+ WordPress sites per year and want recurring revenue without operational burden, we’re likely a good fit.
